Bruce Felt

Bruce Felt is a seasoned finance executive, board member, and advisor with more than three decades of guiding high‑growth technology companies from early stage through IPO and beyond. He is a trusted partner to executive teams, known for scaling global operations, building world‑class finance organizations, and increasing enterprise value across private and public markets.

Over the course of his career, Bruce has successfully executed three IPOs as CFO and led multiple businesses through significant growth, acquisitions, and sales, including SuccessFactors’ public offering and subsequent $3.4 billion sale to SAP. He is an active board member and audit committee chair, bringing deep governance, capital markets, and operating experience to organizations, as well as a broad perspective on corporate strategy, M&A, and value realization.

Bruce holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
